Mekala Gunaseelan is a Certified Yoga Instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. She offers a deeply enriching and transformative yoga journey within our country’s peaceful and culturally vibrant setting.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and is professionally trained in Asanas (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and Meditation practices. Her sessions are carefully structured to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles and nerves, enhance inner balance, and support overall well-being.
In addition to yoga instruction, Mekala specializes in counselling and mental wellness, bringing a holistic approach that nurtures both mind and body. Her calm guidance and personalized teaching style make her sessions suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners, and wellness-focused travelers alike.
